costume ideas

OK I have like 7 million pictures on my computer for costume/stage design inspiration, a lot of them coming from our talking points at tuesday's costume meeting, and i guess i'll just post them here with limited commentary because i'm lazy.
(the LIFE magazine archives on google are so great for images, found lots of gypsy stuff and even more exciting for me, pictures from tangiers in the 50s which have a lot of the aesthetic elements of the camino)











And then we talked at the meeting about masks, and i suggested somebody, i don't know if it's street cleaners or la madrecita or who, having masks inspired by these one's from a Viktor and Rolf show from 2007 i think




and then i was also looking at the veils from this comme des garcons show from 2006, where all the models were done up as brides, as possible inspiration for la madrecita or esmeralda or i dunno, somebody bc this shit is really great.
